Commitment

The Ubuntu.Lab Facilitator commits to perform the following functions:

• Prepare for facilitating a hub

• Facilitating the 9 sessions

  • Broadcast the live sessions
  • Before and after: guiding dialogues and practices in your “hub”.

• Coaching and mentoring participants who need support

• Communicate with the National Coordinator and the Core team

• Attend the facilitators calls

The Ubuntu.Lab Participants commits to

• attending the 9 sessions and participating in the Ubuntu Cafes
• spend 3 hours per week for in-between sessions work
• capture and share experience in a short blog post of photo story
